    Position Overview:

    We are seeking an individual to contribute to delivering exceptional technical support to Advania's Dynamics customers with a focus on the D365 Sales toolset.

    Duties and Responsibilities:

    1. Provide technical assistance to end-users with a focus on Dynamics 365 Sales and occasionally other Dynamics solutions, encompassing incidents, problems, requests, or change control as required by our clients.
    2. Collaborate effectively with your immediate team and the wider department, sharing knowledge and information positively and efficiently.
    3. Respond promptly and professionally to queries, demonstrating punctuality, politeness, and empathy.
    4. Take ownership of allocated incidents or requests and manage them through to resolution or escalation in a professional manner.
    5. Engage in targeted questioning and accurate troubleshooting.
    6. Maintain active participation as a team member, ensuring personal and team objectives are achieved.
    7. Establish and maintain professional relationships with clients and peers.
    8. Utilize exceptional customer service skills to exceed client expectations.
    9. Report potential client-facing risks.
    10. Document customer feedback and potential product suggestions.
    11. Develop a personalized development plan in consultation with your line manager.
    12. Undertake any additional tasks assigned by management.
    13. Prioritize meeting Service Level Agreements (SLA's).

    Qualifications and Experience:

    1. The ideal candidate should possess relevant Microsoft certifications for this role, such as MB-910 Dynamics 365 Fundamentals and MB-210 Dynamics 365 Sales Functional Consultant Associate.
    2. Strong understanding of Dynamics 365 applications and modules, including Sales Hub, Sales Professional, Customer Service, and Customer Engagement (Formerly Outbound Marketing).
    3. Stay up-to-date with the latest Dynamics 365 features and updates.
    4. Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to collaborate with various teams.
    5. Configure and customize Dynamics 365 to meet business requirements.
    6. Create and maintain reports and dashboards using Dynamics 365 tools.
    7. Develop document layouts and minor changes via support.
    8. Assist end-users in enhancing their understanding and usage of Dynamics 365.
    9. Contribute to developing best practices and standard operating procedures for Dynamics 365 usage.
    10. Experience with system configuration and customization.
    11. Excellent written and verbal communication skills, as well as strong analytical and technical abilities, are essential for this role.
    12. Experience with Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate).
    13. Release processes for solutions into Sandbox before moving to Live environments; must have a solid understanding of Application Lifecycle Management.
