Job description:

  • Promote equality and diversity as part of the culture of the organisation.
  • Recruit staff:
  • Screen incoming CV's and conduct phone screening aligned to recruitment dashboard.
  • Schedule interviews and send SMS.
  • Complete / update onboarding dashboard.
  • Monitor key HR metrics, including timetofill, timetohireand source of hire.
  • Collaborate with managers to identify future hiring needs.
  • Act as a consultant to new hires and help them onboard.
  • Prepare onboarding packs & contracts and necessary docs.
  • Applicant must be familiar with the Employment Equity Act.
  • Assist with additional admin tasks from time to time.

Essential (Must have):

  • Positive with good admin skills.
  • Accurate and able to handle extreme pressure Proven work experience as an HR Recruiter or similar role.
  • Experience with sourcing techniques.
  • Solid verbal and written communication skills.
  • Sound judgement.
  • Detailoriented interviewer.
  • Great decisionmaking skills.
  • Proven work experience as an HR Recruiter.
  • Relevant knowledge and experience of Human Resources.

R7,500.00 per month
