Vacancy:
Admin Manager – Logistics Company (Brackenfell, Cape Town)
We are seeking a highly organised and experienced Admin Manager to join our logistics team in Brackenfell.
The successful candidate will play a key role in ensuring the smooth running of our administrative, financial, and supporting both management and operations.
Key Responsibilities:
Oversee and manage all administrative functions within the business.
Handle creditors and debtors:
processing, reconciliations, and account management.
Manage payroll administration including timesheets, leave tracking, and salary processing.
Prepare and issue invoices, statements, and financial documentation.
Manage supplier and customer queries professionally and timeously.
Prepare management reports, including monthly financial summaries and operational KPIs.
Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and relevant regulations.
Provide leadership and support to the admin team, ensuring deadlines and service standards are maintained.
Assist with HR-related administration (contracts, leave records, performance reviews).
Drive efficiency by improving administrative systems and processes.
Requirements:
Minimum of 5–10 years' experience in an administrative management role, preferably within the logistics, supply chain, or transport industry.
Strong financial administration skills, including creditors, debtors, and payroll.
Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook); experience with logistics/ERP software - SageOne Accounting is crucial.
Excellent organisational, time management, and problem-solving abilities.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to lead a small team and work collaboratively with operations and management.
High level of accuracy, accountability, and attention to detail.
An accounting qualification will be a strong advantage.

Location:
