Requirements:
- Previous experience in automotive administration or dealership environment preferred
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Ability to multitask and work effectively in a fastpaced environment
- Knowledge of automotive industry terminology and processes is a plus
- Familiarity with dealership management software (e.g., Evolve) is an advantage
- Valid driver's license
Responsibilities
- Provide administrative support to the sales, service, and finance departments
- Assist in processing vehicle sales and leasing documentation
- Manage customer inquiries and maintain a high level of customer service
- Coordinate vehicle deliveries and ensure all paperwork is completed accurately
- Maintain and update customer databases and records
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations and exceptional customer experiences
- Handle general administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and correspondence
- Uphold dealership standards and contribute to a positive work environment
