Requirements:


  • Previous experience in automotive administration or dealership environment preferred
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
  • Ability to multitask and work effectively in a fastpaced environment
  • Knowledge of automotive industry terminology and processes is a plus
  • Familiarity with dealership management software (e.g., Evolve) is an advantage
  • Valid driver's license

Responsibilities

  • Provide administrative support to the sales, service, and finance departments
  • Assist in processing vehicle sales and leasing documentation
  • Manage customer inquiries and maintain a high level of customer service
  • Coordinate vehicle deliveries and ensure all paperwork is completed accurately
  • Maintain and update customer databases and records
  • Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations and exceptional customer experiences
  • Handle general administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and correspondence
  • Uphold dealership standards and contribute to a positive work environment
