Job Overview
UD Trucks is known for our pioneering technologies and products within the commercial automotive industry. This role will support, administrative sales function, verifying data submitted by the network;
reconciling the information for payments to the dealer network and follow up with any outstanding documentation.

Responsibilities and Duties
VMS Payment Process

Confirm all the data and documentation has been uploaded on LSS.
Verify data integrity.
Reconcile payment and follow up with outstanding dealers.
Documentation and Recons to be supplied to Business Control for final verification and payment.

Dealer Reporting Qlik Sense

Manage all templates and data capturing for the dealers operational and financial reporting.
Uploading of the templates
Service Departments: Parts Departments and New Vehicle Sales Reconcile data on system.

Financial Reporting System

Assist with implementing of the reporting system,
During the project implementation checks reconciliations will be allocated and where needed support given and information gathering on behalf of the suppliers.

Minimum qualifications and experiences

Bachelor's degree in accounting
At least 2 years' experience accounting and report writing
Multinational company experience is essential
Fluent in English, written and spoken
PC and MS Office proficient
Accounting and Dealer Management System experience
