Greet guests in a friendly, courteous manner
Process check‑ins/check‑outs accurately and efficiently
Handle reservations, cancellations, and guest requests
Answer phone calls and emails professionally
Maintain guest records and ensure data accuracy
Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance to meet guest needs
Ensure reception area is tidy and well‑presented at all times
Assist with billing and cash handling following hotel procedures
Grade 12 / Matric certificate required
Experience in a hotel or hospitality environment (minimum 1 year preferred)
Strong computer skills (MS Word, Excel, Front Office / Reservation System; Opera knowledge is a plus)
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
Pleasant, professional appearance and manner
Bilingual (English / isiZulu or other local language) preferred
Strong customer service orientation, reliable and able to work under pressure
