Job Summary:


As an Invoicing Clerk with Warehouse Liaison responsibilities, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of our invoicing processes, while also serving as a liaison between the warehouse and the finance department.

Your primary responsibilities will include generating accurate and timely invoices, collaborating with warehouse staff to reconcile inventory, and addressing any discrepancies to maintain the integrity of financial records.


Key Responsibilities:

Invoicing:


  • Generate and process accurate and timely invoices for goods and services rendered.
  • Verify pricing, quantities, and discounts to ensure billing accuracy.
  • Collaborate with the sales and finance teams to resolve any invoicing discrepancies.

Warehouse Liaison:


  • Work closely with the warehouse team to reconcile inventory levels and address any discrepancies.
  • Communicate effectively with warehouse staff to obtain necessary information for invoicing purposes.
  • Assist in maintaining accurate records of incoming and outgoing inventory.

Data Entry and Record-keeping:


  • Maintain organized and uptodate records of all invoicing transactions.
  • Enter data into the company's financial systems accurately and in a timely manner.

Customer Service:


  • Respond to customer inquiries related to invoicing promptly and professionally.
  • Collaborate with customer service teams to resolve any customer billing concerns.

Process Improvement:


  • Identify opportunities for process improvement in invoicing and warehouse coordination.
  • Work with crossfunctional teams to implement enhancements to streamline operations.

Qualifications:


  • Previous experience in invoicing, billing, or a related field is preferred.
  • Strong attention to detail and a high level of accuracy in data entry.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective collaboration with warehouse and finance teams.
  • Familiarity with inventory management systems is a plus.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel.

Education:


  • High school diploma or equivalent; additional education in accounting or related fields is a plus.
