Senior Associate in the Projects practice

They are looking for an Associate or Senior Associate to join

their Projects practice,

- 6 years' post-articles experience

  • Projects offers the opportunity to be intricately involved in high level interesting work for top clients, great potential for growth, and longterm career prospects. Our work is largely focused on South Africa's current energy crisis and infrastructure needs.

Senior Associate in the Projects practice
- have a keen interest in
Project Finance and
Project Development,
- excellent
commercial drafting,
- and
finance documents experience.
- be analytical,
- thorough,
- pay attention to detail and
- have an excellent command of English.
- be a self-starter,
- work well under pressure,
- demonstrate experience in general
transactional work,
- ability to
draft agreements,
- ability to
manage work streams on transactions,
- and the ability to
delegate
and work with junior professionals.
