- Regularly communicate quality status updates to management while maintaining a safety-first approach.
- Exhibit flexibility for travel, shift work, and additional hours as required.
- Execute tasks as assigned by the direct line manager and refuse any work that poses environmental risks.
- Contribute to scientific and technical leadership, ensuring the effectiveness of the quality assurance program.
- Safeguard ISO 17025 laboratory accreditation, identify and address non-conformities, and prioritize customer satisfaction.
- Report safety hazards, remain vigilant, and escalate any risks to higher management.
- BSc degree or diploma in a scientific discipline.
- ISO or College Quality Assurance Program Diploma.
- A minimum of 5 years in a laboratory testing environment.
- 5 years of experience with ISO systems, along with advanced skills in Microsoft software, documentation, and report writing.
- Knowledge of Statistical Quality Control is advantageous.
