10 hours per day but spread throughout the day eg 6-11 then 3-8 (to be discussed)

A lovely family is looking for professional Butler/ House manager

Area:
Midstream, Centurion.

Hours:10 hours per day but spread throughout the day eg 06h00-11h00 and again 15h00 - 20h00 (to be discussed)

Live in/out:
Live-in

Duties:

Cooking and baking (all meals)
Must love cooking (willing to train further)
Should have at least basic knowledge of wine (willing to train further)
Guest welcome
Table laying and table service
Shopping
General Tidying (changing bed sheets and towels no cleaning)
General up keep of the house
Managing other staff members (2 domestics, gardener and Au Pair)

Experience:
hospitality experience /hotel industry/ household management

Special requirements:
Male preferable

Salary:
Starting at R 20 000pm

All applicants must fill the following requirements:
**Must have formal hospitality/butler/ house management experience

**Must have their own, reliable car and at least 18 months driving experience

**Must have at least 2 contactable references

**Must have a clear criminal record

**Must have Matric

**Must have a South African ID document
