Dormehl Phalane Property Group is seeking an individual that would like to jumpstart their career as a real estate agent or someone who wants to join a team of agents looking to expand their knowledge.

We are looking for a dynamic, energetic person to join our team with the ability to grow and become a professional in their field.

Goaloriented and peopleoriented qualities are required.
Must possess excellent project management abilities.
Must be a selfstarter.
Must be able to effectively communicate.
Must be persistent.

Desired Experience & Qualification

Matric Certificate
Any cold calling experience would be advantageous
Must be able to use Microsoft software (Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint)
Must be selfmotivated
MUST have a valid driver's license and reliable transportation
Must be residing in Pretoria
Must be fluent in English, any other official South African language proficiency will be advantageous
Any previous sales experience could be an advantage.
Must have a working laptop and cellphone
Any previous Real Estate Experience will be preferred.
Experience with PropData will also be advantageous, but training will be provided.

Full Status agents MUST have completed their logbooks and have written end passed the PDE4 / PDE5 examinations. SSETA certificates and/or confirmation from the PPRA/EAAB will be required
