    Job Description:

    Schedule maintenance activities by ensuring timely, organized, and effective completion of all tasks. This involves maintaining accurate records of maintenance requests, procuring necessary materials and equipment, and generating reports to track and analyze activities.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Record maintenance requests and maintain an accurate log of needs and requests
    • Procure materials, tools, and parts required for maintenance work
    • Generate reports detailing maintenance activities for tracking and analysis
    • Facilitate communication between departments, maintenance staff, and management
    • Manage and maintain the site fleet of vehicles and equipment
    • Handle administrative tasks related to maintenance operations
    • Maintain adherence to safety standards, regulatory requirements, and industry best practices

    Requirements:

    • NQF Level 4 (Matric/Grade 12) or equivalent qualification
    • Additional qualifications in Office Administration, Facilities Management, or a related field are advantageous
    • A valid driver's license is required

    Experience:

    • At least 2 years of experience in an administrative or clerical role
    • Preferably within a maintenance or facilities management environment
    • 3 years of experience utilizing ticket logging systems and maintenance management software, with demonstrated proficiency in Microsoft Office

    Knowledge and Skills:

    • Understanding of basic maintenance processes and terminology
    • Familiarity with inventory management systems
    • Knowledge of health and safety regulations related to maintenance
