Our client in the Automotive Financial Services Industry is seeking a Credit Risk Analyst to join their team in Johannesburg.


Duties & Responsibilities:


  • Formulate and improve the basic system and management principles of the company's comprehensive risk management system, establish the company's credit risk management and control system, market risk, operational risk, and internal control management system, and formulate and improve the relevant management systems, processes and methods.
  • Organize the establishment and improvement of the legal compliance system process system and supervise and inspect the implementation; organize the preparation and improvement of the annual legal compliance risk management plan.
  • Formulate and implement the company's annual work plans for risk management and internal control management.
  • Formulate the company's risk management policy and track the implementation of the policy.
  • Establish the company's risk management model system and develop and maintain the model.
  • Establish the main risk monitoring indicator system, and carry out the identification, evaluation, and monitoring of the company's credit risk, market risk, operational risk, and compliance risk.
  • Analyze and research the company's risk information, put forward risk disposal opinions, and prepare risk managementrelated reports.
  • Formulate and improve asset quality management systems, processes, standards, and procedures, and regularly identify, summarize, and report the company's asset risk classification.
  • Supervise the implementation of the company's internal control management, and regularly organize and evaluate the effectiveness of the company's internal control management.
  • Participate in the company's new product development and business process reengineering and put forward compliance opinions.
  • Review the company's legal documents; review the compliance of the company's important systems, new products, new businesses, new modes, new changes, etc., and answer the compliance and legal issues.
  • Organize, establish, and improve consumer rights protection management, antimoney laundering management, case risk prevention management, major event reporting management, etc.
  • Maintain contact with regulatory agencies, courts, and judicial agencies, coordinate onsite and offsite regulatory work, coordinate and organize relevant departments to cooperate with each other, track and urge relevant departments to implement regulatory opinions, and preside over the work related to regulatory ratings and credit investigation management.
  • Organize and handle the company's sued cases, compliance cases, infringement cases, etc.; organize and manage the company's intellectual property affairs management.
  • Be responsible for credit review, loan review, postloan offsite management, file management, quality management, etc.
  • Carry out risk managementrelated training to cultivate a good risk management and compliance culture in the company.
  • Complete other tasks assigned by the department manager.

Requirements:
