Description

Fruitways is an agri-business that specialises in the growing, packing and marketing of apples and pears to retailers, traders and wholesalers around the globe.

SALES COORDINATOR (A002)

Responsibilities:

Processing purchase orders (PO) in the operational system by allocating and pricing stock
Issue loading instructions to packing operations in line with the customer PO
Working closely with inhouse logistics team to ensure that orders are loaded according to PO
Create invoices and statements after loading and distributing this to customers
Follow up on payments and allocating funds received in line with agreed terms
Update volumes shipped against those agreed and report on these both internally and externally
Working closely with the larger sales administration team to provide support
Timely and professional handling of customer queries

Requirements:

A tertiary qualification or proven industry experience
23 year's administrator/coordinator experience
Knowledge of QX or another fruit operational system will be advantageous
Good financial understanding of debtors will be advantageous
Ability to work accurately under pressure
Professional written and verbal communication skills

Computer literacy

Proven experience or knowledge of excel highly preferable
