Planner then we have an opportunity for you within our
Womanswear Department
Key activities include:
- Influencing and implementing the merchandise strategy
- Financial and strategic management of the product e.g. product planning, controlling OTB, reviewing weekly & monthly performance
- Management of the range assortments in a quick responds environment
- Management and implementation of distribution strategy e.g. analysing stores profiles & sales trends.
- Work collaboratively with the buying team to maximise sales, optimise inventory levels and grow profit.
- Establish and maintain collaborative partnerships with internal and external partners, including suppliers
- Proven working experience as a Planner
- A high degree of numeracy and an analytical, detailed and strategic approach to work
- A history of achievement and delivering results within a fast paced retail environment
- Strong business acumen and merchant agility
- Good organisational and interpersonal skills
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Proven decisionmaking ability
- Strong affiliation to systems, utilising them to increase productivity in line with the merchandise strategy
