Planner then we have an opportunity for you within our
Womanswear Department

Key activities include:

Influencing and implementing the merchandise strategy
Financial and strategic management of the product e.g. product planning, controlling OTB, reviewing weekly & monthly performance
Management of the range assortments in a quick responds environment
Management and implementation of distribution strategy e.g. analysing stores profiles & sales trends.
Work collaboratively with the buying team to maximise sales, optimise inventory levels and grow profit.
Establish and maintain collaborative partnerships with internal and external partners, including suppliers
Proven working experience as a Planner
A high degree of numeracy and an analytical, detailed and strategic approach to work
A history of achievement and delivering results within a fast paced retail environment
Strong business acumen and merchant agility
Good organisational and interpersonal skills
Excellent communication and negotiation skills
Proven decisionmaking ability
Strong affiliation to systems, utilising them to increase productivity in line with the merchandise strategy
