    Qualifications:


    Masters or Ph.D. in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, or a related field.
    Proven experience in AI development and deployment, with at least 3 years in a leadership role.
    Experience building and leading a high-performance data science/AI team, fostering a culture of innovation and continuous learning.
    Strong expertise in AI/ML frameworks and tools such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, Keras, and cloud services like AWS, Google Cloud, or Azure.
    Excellent understanding of natural language processing (NLP), Large Language Models, GenAI and data analytics.
    Strong business acumen with the ability to translate AI concepts into business value.
    Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
