Are you a creative visionary with a passion for fashion and design? We are seeking a talented Visual Display Artist to join our team and bring our store to life with captivating visual displays that excite and engage our customers.

As the Visual Display Artist, you will play a pivotal role in implementing and maintaining our visual merchandising and marketing strategy, creating visually appealing displays that drive sales and leave a lasting positive impression on our customers.

key responsibilities

Visual Merchandising Mastery:

Bring our brand vision to life by ensuring seamless execution of weekly, monthly, and seasonal visual merchandising guidelines provided by our esteemed HO VM Team.
Be the driving force behind timely and impactful launches of promotions, placing them strategically in relevant departments to enhance customer understanding and boost sales.
Maintain and manage all generic POS, VM collateral, and store wraps, ensuring they are always in topnotch condition.
Provide valuable feedback on VM guides and strategies, contributing to continuous improvement and excellence in our visual displays.
Conduct regular floor walks with the Independent Store Manager and Store Merchandise Manager, documenting observations in the VM floor walk book and taking swift actions for improvements.

Master of Mannequins:

Showcase your artistic flair by dressing mannequins in line with our VM key uniform guidelines, turning them into eyecatching works of art.
Safely store mannequins in the stockroom when not in use, preserving their quality and appearance.
Report any damaged or broken mannequins promptly, ensuring our displays are always at their best.

Promotions Perfection:

Collaborate with the team to ensure promotions are implemented flawlessly, adhering to VM Guidelines and showcasing prices and products attractively.

minimum requirements

Grade 1
Relevant qualification in Fashion or Visual Merchandising.
2 to 3 years of Fashion Retail instore experience, with a demonstrated focus on visual merchandising.
Profound knowledge of Visual Merchandising Standards, Customer In-Store Experience, current fashion trends, and space planning.
Sound business understanding of Fixtures, Fashion Brands, VM Trends, management of VM collateral in stores, and Comp Shop Reporting.
Proficiency in MS Office, enabling you to organize and present your ideas effectively.
A valid Driver's license, empowering you to reach new destinations and support store openings and revamps.
