DESIRED QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS

  • N3 a minimum / N4 or higher preferred.
year's experience in a plastics manufacturing environment.

  • 3 years supervisory experience in a production/fast moving environment

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
(Including but not limited to)

  • Managing of Production Staff to ensure a motivated and high performing team
  • Dealing with production data, admin and ensuring accuracy.
  • Persistent and deadline driven.
  • Establish the budget for mould expenses and equipment including the control ofconsumable costs.
  • Controlling spares usage and costs.
  • Partnering with Quality to ensure the correct standards in accordance with ISO quality system are maintained.
  • Overseeing and assisting with training of all Production staff
  • Working with Quality to ensure a safe working environment by adhering to safety procedures.
  • Ensuring Proper housekeeping by maintaining a minimum score of 95% on the housekeeping checklist and 100% adherence to the dress code.

SALARY
R35 000 basic + Generous Benefits
