    Job Title: Clinic Manager

    Summary: We are seeking a qualified and experienced Clinic Manager to promote and deliver professional, commercially viable, and quality clinic services in compliance with South African Nursing Council regulations and company standards.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Manage a commercially viable clinic in line with company guidelines.
    • Provide lifestyle management screening tests.
    • Conduct health immunisations and baby health monitoring.
    • Offer and provide reproductive health services.
    • Provide adult immunisations.
    • Provide Primary Health Care, e.g., minor ailments and wound care.
    • Manage medical waste, ensure a safe environment, and safety precautions are taken.
    • Manage adverse events and emergencies.
    • Counsel and advise patients on health information, weight management.
    • Refer patients to Pharmacists and other health professionals when appropriate.
    • Plan and implement projects, e.g., Health week.
    • Develop health professional networks.

    Qualifications and Experience:

    • Registration as a Professional Nurse.
    • 3-year diploma in nursing or a 4-year degree.
    • A minimum of 3 years of practical experience in a broad range of nursing disciplines.
    • Computer literate, MS Office (Word, Outlook, Excel).

    Salary Range: R600,000 - R800,000 per annum
