Our client, a reputable hotel based in sea point, is looking for a pro-active, well spoken, presentable and confident reception/night audit relief.


Responsibilities:

- welcome and receive all guests in a manner that compliments the highest standards of the hotel
- deal with day-to-day hotel operations and guest enquiries as well as administration related to Front Office operations
- maintaining and processing of accounts for departing guests, creating an impression which would encourage them to recommend and return to the hotel
- overseeing all aspects of hotel operations in the absence of the Night Auditor as a relief function during Night Shift


Salary:


  • R7000
  • R7500 per month + benefits (medical plan, staff transport, commission)
