    LEAD DEVELOPMENT REPRESENTATIVE

    Are you a recent graduate or matriculant or someone studying part-time? If you are, we've got an exciting opportunity for you to kickstart your career Our Lead Development team plays a significant role in driving the growth of our organisation. As a team member, you'll be responsible for persuasive telephonic conversations to add and verify critical quality data to our customer relationship management (CRM) database stored in Salesforce.     Reporting to: Lead Development Manager

    Management level of role: This is not a management role.

    Working environment & travel: Bustling, team-orientated environment Office based

    Working hours: 07h30 to 16h00

    Key deliverables

    • Maintain and grow the organisations database through telephonic and online research.
    • Adapt conversations to reach targets with the ability to persuade prospects to provide the required information.
    • Accurately record information in the CRM system ).
    • Deep and extensive research of prospecting information such as individual names and companies to call from various sources, such as Google, LinkedIn, and supplied lists.
    • Achieve call and database targets.
    • Attend company outings, social events, and team projects.
    • This is not a sales or customer service role, but you are expected to achieve daily KPIs.

    • Extraordinary attention to detail (make sure your CV displays this characteristic).
    • Confident, clear telephonic voice.
    • Excellent verbal business communication skills English.
    • Ability to speak an additional language, such as French or Portuguese, would be considered an advantage.

    • Patient with the ability to give full attention to what other people are saying and take time to understand and record what they are saying.

    Education & qualifications

    • Matric certificate non-negotiable
    • Ideally, still studying part-time to obtain a degree

    Details of experience

    • Computer literate
    • Afrikaans speaking
    • Experience with a CRM tool, such as Salesforce, would be considered an asset
    • Working knowledge of LinkedIn
