Empire Contact Centre is looking for outbound Sales Agents for our in house Debt Review campaignRESPONSIBILITIES:
- Telephonically contact clients regarding their debt
- Follow up with potential customers in a timely manner as necessary
- Adhere to internal sales processes
- Working to meet and exceed personal and team goals.
- Promote a culture of treating customers fairly and acting in the customer's best interest.
REQUIREMENTS:
- Grade 1
- Exceptional listening skills
- Computer Literate
- Assume responsibility for accuracy and performance
- Proficient written and spoken skills
- Able to work under pressure
Salary:
R5,000.00 per month
Ability to commute/relocate:
- Durban, KwaZulu-Natal: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
Experience:
