Relevant Degree or Diploma and or required Certification
2 to 3 Years related experience

responsibilities:

Drive business profitability in the context of cost management through Information technology solutions
Increase operational efficiency and suggest solutions to enhance cost effectiveness
Deliver exceptional service that exceeds customers' expectations through proactive, innovative and appropriate solutions by ensuring the website is up to date at all times through uploading documents and maintain web pages using relevant software and templates.
Cultivate and manage objective working relationships with a variety of stakeholders, including endusers, SME's, project managers and senior staff members by providing input to business requirements
Manage the production and distribution of electronic newsletters through various digital platforms and maintain online newsletter database and grow database.
Monitor changes in legislation, regulations, initiatives and relevant industry practices. Ensure drafting and implementation of appropriate interventions. Ensure compliance with audit requirements
Work with business to understand goals and help define strategy, content and features for design of the website.
Responsible for the UI of the website and ensure it ties into the look and feel of the overall website.
Creates wireframes based on product manager's business brief and ensure the product related wireframes are customer centric.
Explore ways to constantly improve quality of existing services, processes and systems in order to be more efficient
Manage own development to increase own competencies
