    About the Role

    As a key member of our Academic team, you will oversee various business departments, ensuring seamless day-to-day operations while balancing responsibilities. Your expertise will be crucial in managing campus facilities, supervising lecturers and education staff, and tracking student performance.

    The ideal candidate will possess excellent multitasking skills, handling discipline problems, establishing class schedules, and managing campus activities and staff. With a strong focus on time management, computer literacy, and conflict resolution, you will be equipped to tackle challenges head-on.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Infrastructure maintenance and upkeep to ensure a safe and conducive learning environment.
    • Oversee health and safety protocols, adhering to SAQA and related Acts.
    • Manage human resources, including staff supervision and development.
    • Collaborate with academic delivery teams to enhance student experience.
    • Administer campus administration, quality assurance, and other related tasks.

    Requirements

    To be successful in this role, you will need:

    • A minimum Honours Degree in a relevant field (MBA or Master's degree recommended).
    • At least 5 years of management experience in a business unit at an Academic Institution or 3-5 years of Teaching and Learning Management.
    • Demonstrated supervisory skills, excellent planning, and organizational abilities.
    • Strong knowledge of accounting, budget planning, and financial forecasting.
    • Solid analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail and accuracy.

    What We Offer

    We offer a competitive salary range of R700,000 - R1,200,000 per annum, depending on your experience and qualifications. Additionally, you will enjoy a comprehensive benefits package, including medical aid, retirement fund contributions, and paid leave.
