Your tasks:

Create quotes for customers, review and add customer orders into internal ERP system, issue picking slip and invoices
Communicate and cooperate with the order management professional regarding orders placed, potential challenges and solutions
Communicate and align with customers on solutions for potential challenges
Issue credit note documents on returned goods and provide to M&L, provide copy of credit notes approved by Finance to customer procurement
Ensure warranty claims handling in line with internal process
Communicate and cooperate with the Trailer sales team including the regional offices
Guarantee high personal availability on the phone
Monthly reporting on customer sales, backorders, and credit limits
Weekly reporting on operational activities
Update the ERP system with contract prices as requested by Trailer sales team.
Find solutions with customers on overdue payments, seek approval from Trailer sales leader before implementation

Your profile:

Matric (Grade 12), tertiary education in Marketing and Sales will be advantageous
Minimum 3 years of experience in similar role in technical market segment, automotive would be an advantage
Computer literacy with good knowledge of using an ERP system
Welldeveloped communication and interpersonal skills
Organisation skills and priority setting abilities
Some technical knowledge will be advantageous
