Conduct recruitment, selection, and placement of employees, ensuring that all processes comply with relevant legislation.
Draft employment contracts and negotiate terms with candidates, ensuring compliance with employment law.
Manage employee training programs, including needs assessments, arranging training sessions, and evaluating learner performance.
Maintain accurate records of employee data, monitor staff leave and absence, and handle employee queries.
Provide advisory services to management on HR-related matters, including employment equity, labour law, and health and safety.
Develop and implement HR policies and procedures, ensuring compliance with industry standards and best practices.
Analyse data to inform HR decisions, identify areas for improvement, and develop strategies to enhance employee engagement and organisational performance.
- A degree or diploma in Human Resources or a related field.
- Minimum 10 years' experience in HR management, preferably in a senior role.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
- Computer literacy and proficiency in Microsoft Office.
