A High-Performance mine based in the North West has an exciting opportunity for a Production Superintendent - Concentrator. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring that the plant and operating staff operates effectively according to the agreed business plan and process parameters in order to meet respective safety and product quality and quantity targets.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Ensure adherence to Ananzi's Health and Safety Standards
2. Maintain compliance with legislative requirements within area of responsibility
3. Oversee the safe and cost-effective execution of all metallurgical work, ensuring achievement of production and quality targets
4. Manage financial resources to control costs
5. Lead people management initiatives
6. Drive production to achieve targets
7. Maintain quality of work
8. Pursue Operational Excellence

Requirements:

1. Matric Certificate / Grade 12 (Mathematics and Science)
2. Tertiary qualification in Metallurgical or Chemical Engineering
3. Proficiency in computer applications (Word and Excel)
4. 7 years experience in PGM flotation and Chrome recovery plant operations
5. 4 years supervisory/management experience
6. Hold a valid Code 8 driver's license and own transport
7. Essential skills include good administration and housekeeping
