    Job Title: Customer Services Representative

    We are seeking an entry-level customer service representative to join our team in Gauteng, Johannesburg. The role involves processing orders, handling customer inquiries, and resolving disputes. If you have experience working in a customer service environment and possess excellent communication skills, we encourage you to apply.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Process orders, credits, loan kit queries, repair order requests, and arrange returns and collections
    • Handle incoming emails and calls, and proactively communicate with internal and external customers
    • Investigate and resolve invoice disputes, logging and follow-up on issue resolution and related communication back to the customer

    About the Role:

    The ideal candidate will be a junior member of the team, with some experience and knowledge of working in a customer service environment. You will be trained and will develop experience on all aspects of the role over time. Some amount of oversight will be required to guide you.

    Requirements:

    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
    • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
    • Basic computer literacy and proficiency in Microsoft Office
    • A high school diploma or equivalent is required; a degree in business administration or a related field is an asset
