Job Summary/Function
To effectively and efficiently perform all administrative tasks/ requests from the Technical and Operations Manager.
Duties
- Technical administration: Job card tracking i.e. opening and closing
- Assist with office and operations admin as required
- Knowledge of security product supplier.
- Knowledge of security products
- Capturing of all received job cards on Manage Engine
- Allocation of tickets to technicians
- Raising of labour PO's for subcontractors on NAVISION
- Assist with stock taking
- Stock control.
- Stock taking.
- Stock ordering.
- Manage Technician's uniform register
- Wallet card reconciliation every week
- Consolidate and submit payment requisitions to accounts for processing
- OHS Training
- Monthly reports on open and closed service job cards on NAVISION
- Also attend to any requests as, and when required by the Service Manager
Minimum Requirements
- Matric / Grade 1
- PSIRA Graded & Registered, advantageous
- At least 5 years' experience in a technical administrator role of a similar nature ( stock and incident desk maintenance etc), advantageous
- 5 years experience in Technical team environment.
- High proficiency in MS Office essential
