    Your tasks and responsibilities:

  • Business administration training to meet the requirements of the position
  • General business learning
  • GRN incoming international + Local Goods
  • Create Purchase Requisitions
  • Complete Clearing Instructions for customs
  • Create handover reports for Customers
  • Ensure Call numbers are created before installation and Apps Training
  • Book Credit notes – both Internal and external
  • Send out Purchase orders to suppliers
  • Bulk freight and transport bookings
  • Communicate with Suppliers on payments
  • Your qualifications and experience:

    ·0 - 2 years Accounting and Logistics experience

    ·Bachelor of Commerce / Accounting/ Financial Management diploma /certificate.

  • Must be South African Citizen
  • ***Note: Mandatory: Must be aSouth African National, preferably from a designated diversity group.
