Description

Act as salon customers' point of contact to build relationships with hair salon clients, client follow ups, client reviews and dealing with customer queries to ensure return visits.

Ensure high level customer service by training stylists on service, product usage, and salon etiquette.
Consult with customers on stylish hair options and keep updated on trendy hairstyles and styling methods.
Conduct monthly promotions and ensure monthly service and product targets are met.
Supervising hairdressers work, coordination, client appointments and ensuring all beauty treatments meet high quality standards and are to customer's satisfaction.
Act as a sales representative to sell hair and care products, promote services, products on social media including processing of online sales.
Managing of salon's social media pages, creation of marketing and digital content i.e., reels on the social media.
Client appointment management, receive payments from clients and track client transactions on system, organize employees' schedules, allocation based on skills.
Order salon products, replenish stock and responsible for stock taking.
Overall salon's daytoday operations of salon including salon is open on time to cater for customers.

Salary:
R5, R7,000.00 per month
