National Sales Manager (DIY) - Centurion

To assist in the implementation of the sales plan of the company nationally

Manage and supporting the area sales agents throughout SA and implement the National Sales Plan

Negotiating according to customer needs analysis

Panning and managing sales processes using market knowledge

Establish sales objectives, targets and budgetsby forecasting and developing annual quotas for customers and market segments

Develop new markets and new product offerings

Implement sales programmes by developingfield sales action plans

Maintain sales volume, product mix, and selling price by keeping current with supply and demand, changing trends economic indicators and competitors

General administration requirements

Assist the marketing team with new ideas

Grade 12and Tertiary Education

5 Years experience as National Sales Manger including skills of budgeting, forecasting, planning and motivation

the national sales int retail, DIY experience will be qualities and a strong decision maker

Experiencein managingthe national sales in retail DYI experience a must

Own transport and drivers licence
