    Description

    Key Opportunity: R&D Administrator

    We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented R&D Administrator to support our growing team.

    This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working with raw materials, packaging, regulatory documentation, and project coordination.

    Royal duties will include:

    ? Managing and updating raw material and packaging databases.
    ? Coordinating and maintaining key documentation (COAs, SDSs, COCs, and specifications).
    ? Assisting with sourcing new and alternative suppliers.
    ? Maintaining regulatory compliance and documentation.
    ? Supporting product trials, evaluations, and laboratory testing.
    ? Generating purchase orders, tracking deliveries, and liaising with suppliers.
    ? Keeping R&D projects updated on an online platform.
    ? Ensuring seamless administrative processes for the team.

    What We Are Looking For:

    ?? Grade 12 + a relevant scientific degree/diploma
    ?? 3+ years of office administration experience (ideally in the cosmetics or pharmaceutical industry)
    ?? Experience in regulatory administration and project management is a bonus
    ?? Advanced computer skills – proficiency in data management is essential
    ?? A proactive, adaptable, and detail-driven team player who thrives in a dynamic environment

    ? High level of organization and time management skills
