We are seeking an Area Manager for a permanent vacancy based in Centurion, Gauteng

Applicants are required to meet the following criteria:

Grade 12 plus 3-year relevant Diploma / Degree qualification such as BCom (Sales / Marketing / Business Management / Financial Management)
Indepth knowledge of retail and wholesale sales processes, finance and insurance in the automotive sector
3+ years' experience in sales & marketing within a financial services / fleet management / banking / insurance environment
Dealer / network experience would be advantageous

The successful applicant would be responsible for, but not limited to:

Stakeholder / agent performance management
engage with stakeholders to achieve business targets; analyze KPI's again market conditions; build and maintain strategic business relations
Strategy rollout implement appropriate actions to achieve targets, including training and continuous improvement; sales, marketing and digitization process optimization
Dealer reviews / reporting monthly reports, quarterly reviews and stakeholder management
Manage and improve customer satisfaction, follow through topics until resolution and escalate to fix at root cause instead of single resolution
Drive target achievement and provide detailed feedback on performance

Salary:
Negotiable dependent on experience
