Minimum Requirements:


  • Degree in engineering, business administration, strategy or commerce
  • Demonstrated experience (>5 & <= 7 years) in developing and executing sales and marketing plans in a multi service/product professional services company
  • Recognised thought leader in physical asset management concepts and practices and/or
  • Recognised leader in shaping and closing enterprise software agreements in the Operations Management domain and/or
  • Deep experience in shaping and closing Business Process Outsourcing engagements in the Operations Management domain in asset intensive industries
  • Proven track record in developing brand awareness and shaping client experience through a balanced client engagement approach
  • Ability to create an inclusive culture across different functions and groups
  • A collaborator and influencer who forges transformational partnerships
  • Ability to develop organisational capabilities and competencies
  • Able to be decisive and initiating action
  • Ability to align business development with a strong market understanding
  • A strong network of business contacts

Duties & Responsibilities:


  • Shape and lead specific go to market campaign(s) to achieve market entry and/or expansion
  • Take accountability for profitable revenue growth from selected industry sector(s)
  • Take responsibility for profitable revenue growth from assigned Strategic Account(s)
  • Actively participate in the development of our digital sales and marketing platforms through participation on social media platforms
  • Coach and lead various sales and account teams in the art and science of building long lasting client relationships
  • Continuous growth of qualified opportunity pipeline aligned to business development and sales strategy
