    Job Title: HUMAN RESOURCES / LABOUR ADMINISTRATOR

    Location: Rietfontein, Pretoria

    The role of the HUMAN RESOURCES / LABOUR ADMINISTRATOR is crucial in maintaining efficient administrative processes within our organization.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records, including contracts and performance evaluations.
    • Administer human resources and labour-related tasks, ensuring compliance with relevant laws and regulations.
    • Perform recruitment tasks, including advertising job openings, screening CVs, scheduling interviews, and onboarding new employees.
    • Oversee the performance appraisal process, facilitate training, and encourage a positive working environment across all branches.
    • Process clock sheets, calculate overtime, and reconcile leave records.
    • Facilitate injury on duty incidents and ensure compliance with labour laws.
    • Provide support in employee relations, disciplinary actions, and grievance handling.
    • Maintain accurate records and databases related to human resources and labour administration.

    Requirements:

    • Grade 12 certificate
    • Relevant Human Resources and/or Labour qualification
    • Valid driver's license and own vehicle
    • English language proficiency (speaking, reading, and writing)
    • Strong computer skills, including MS Office and email/internet usage
    • At least 2 years of experience in a similar role
