    Key Responsibilities:

    • Perform receptionist duties, including customer liaison, quote preparation and invoicing support for the Debtors Clerk.
    • Maintain accurate costing, stock control and reporting spreadsheets.
    • Assist customers with product sales and orders in conjunction with the sales team.
    • Develop and maintain strong customer relationships, establish new business connections and generate leads.
    • Ensure exceptional customer service, resolve complaints and foster long-term relationships.
    • Carry out general administrative tasks while adhering to company policies and procedures.

    Requirements:

    • Minimum Matric certification.
    • Possession of own transport and a valid driver's license.
    • Fluency in both Afrikaans and English languages.
