Description

Responsibilities:

• Work closely with Focus US cultivation team to secure right content.
• Measure, Analyze and report on results to drive actionable insights.
• Ensure solid deliverability through monitoring inbox deliverability, unsubscribe/spam complaint rates, and other deliverability metrics.
• Track and communicate results, success metrics and recommendations for improvement.

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in marketing or similar relevant field preferred.
• 3+ years of Marketing experience with focus in Digital Marketing.

Competencies and Skills:

• Experience in Digital Marketing
• Online Metrics and analytics tools.
• HTML Skills and HTML editor tools experience and photoshop required.
• Excellent report writing and data analysis to drive improvement.
• Excellent Project Management and Organizational Skills with an ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Strong commitment to collaboration and Ideation

- ability to work a variety of teams to bring Campaign elements to life.

• A self

- starting Attitude - ready to seize opportunities to make impact without needing to be told.

• Knowledgeable in Google Analytics, HTML/CSS, A/B Testing, and other CMS.
