    Description

    Mambo's is seeking an Assistant Store Manager to drive retail operations and deliver exceptional customer service. This key role relies on the holder to leverage leadership skills and business acumen to support team performance and drive store success.

    Responsibilities:

    • Embody Mambo's values and brand philosophy with customers and colleagues
    • Support the Store Management Team in efficiently managing store operations within the evolving retail landscape
    • Manage scheduling, time-off, and payroll for all team members
    • Serve as the in-store expert for administrative processes and troubleshooting
    • Oversee stock management and processes
    • Coach team members through skill development and process trainings
    • Provide outstanding service to every customer
    • Offer regular feedback and support to teammates on the sales floor and national operations team
    • Create a positive workplace culture by treating all colleagues and customers with respect

    About You:

    • Minimum 2 years of experience in a management role at a customer-focused retailer with excellent operations
    • Previous retail operations experience including administrative tasks and stock management
    • Confident leadership and sales abilities with a focus on driving sales performance
    • Able to hold others accountable and establish trust among direct reports
    • Exceptionally organized and proactive with strong interpersonal and communication skills
    • An out-of-the-box thinker and resourceful problem-solver
    • Able to create and share a compelling vision that inspires and motivates your team
    • Flexible and dependable with the ability to work varying schedules
