Looking for
BI Reporting & Analytics Specialist at one of our client locations in Gauteng ( Remote working)

3-year diploma or higher in the related field of study, for example, Computer Science or Information Technology.


Qualifications:


  • 3+ year Degree / Diploma in Computer Science Engineering, Mathematics,
Statistics or related field.


Experience required:

years relevant Revenue Assurance and Fraud Management experience

  • Experience in tools including WeDo, Power BI & SharePoint
  • Telecoms experience
  • Data Analysis
  • Gap Analysis
  • Support controls development
  • Data integrity management

Duties:


  • Integration of RAFM data sources into a centralized reporting platform, such as RAFM RAID (WeDo), existing Power BI reports, RAMS and SharePoint (Issue Tracker).
  • Ability to retrieve realtime data from the data sources.
  • Creation of automated reporting for every revenue stream and every primary department with PDF export capability.
  • Developing deep insights into reporting to support improved awareness in the organization.
  • Creation of an Executive dashboard with aggregated and highlevel insights.
  • Data gathering from the RAFM Control performance Tool, RAFM Reporting Tool and other data sources, to create reporting dashboards for all the RAFM revenue streams.
  • Autocreation of monthly reporting packs, such as Finance Risk Committee, Group and Audit Committee.
  • Ensure reporting is in accordance with Group guidance as per the Risk and Control Framework.
  • Create reporting of control coverage, control performance and report control gaps (both Primary and Secondary).

Duties:

Produce Revenue Stream specific dashboards on the environment performance and trending, with deep insights. Spanning across Post-paid, prepaid, MNS, Wholesale, MVNO, ICT, Roaming, MFS. With the integration of the big-data environment.


Support control development on an ad-hoc / when required basis to assist with preparation with the WeDo RAFM RAID migration.

Support data analysis activities for deep-dive exercises, to support RAFM and business.

Produce predictive, prescriptive, and descriptive analytic models (using machine learning) in deep-dive exercises.

Produce Data Quality and Data Completeness reports across all data sources utilized.

Ensure the data pipeline is always functional and operational.

Attendance at all relevant meetings, presentations and workshops.

Document all processes identified during the interaction with business to form accurate record of engagement.

Provide minutes of all meetings with business stakeholders or any other parties.

Provide feedback on interaction with business stakeholders or any other parties.

Provide weekly written feedback on progress, meetings attended, and discussions held with all stakeholders.
