    Build and enhance our client's digital and social marketing efforts through sales and brand building activities, driving sales and enhancing brand awareness.

    The ideal candidate is an experienced marketing professional enthusiastic about new technologies and digital and social media.

    Responsibilities include:

    • Developing and implementing data-led brand building and leads generation plans.
    • Ally digital and social media planning with the overall marketing strategy and budget.
    • Creating appropriate and effective content plans, including design and copy.
    • Measuring campaign success and providing feedback to improve future projects.
    • Understanding digital and social media behaviour of the target audience.
    • Performing competitor analysis to inform the brand building and sales plan.
    • Managing agencies and service providers on creative requirements.
    • Managing social media pages and sales campaigns.
    • Identifying innovative digital consumer trends and turning them into brand and sales initiatives.
    • Building relationships with stakeholders and collaborating with cross-functional teams.
    • Developing expertise in professional, industry and legislative knowledge.
    • Identifying opportunities to enhance cost effectiveness and increase operational efficiency.
    • Participating in a culture that builds rewarding relationships and provides exceptional client service.

    • Understanding of data protection and PPR requirements.

    Required qualifications and experience:

    • A relevant BCom Marketing degree from a reputable institution.
    • Minimum 3 to 5 years' experience in digital and social media marketing.
    • Experience in Financial Services will be advantageous.
