  • This is an Operational position and not office bound.
  • Must have 5 years' + GM restaurant management experience and luxury brand experience.
  • Ability to work between multiple stores, with focus on service delivery and guest satisfaction.
  • Own transport essential.
  • Work closely with Area Managers/GM's/Head Chefs.

Salary is highly negotiable depending on experience.
