    Administrative Assistant – Front Office and Show Room ( Kramerville, Johannesburg)


    A leading manufacturer and distributor in the office, kitchen, furniture and shop fitting industry invite applications of a suitably qualified, experienced, energetic, organized, well groomed and professional candidate for the position of Administrative Assistant – Front Office and Sales Support ( Show Room).

    The position will be based at the Gauteng branch office in Kramerville, Johannesburg.

    Overview

    Render a full administrative support function to the branch operations and personnel including

    but not limited to reception, assisting of show room clients, sales support to consultants, daily/weekly/monthly branch and warehouse reporting, daily cash sales recon, co-ordination of client visits and functions, oversee office facilities and cleaning, co-ordination of activity schedules, follow-up and feedback.

    Incumbent will be responsible for the overall effective and efficient functioning of front of office activities

    Candidate Requirements
    Minimum requirements

    Gr 12 supported by an applicable formal Secretarial/Office Administration qualification.

    3 – 5 years experience and proven track record in providing an integrated administrative and support function within a business environment.

    Experience in sales and warehouse administration will be an advantage.

    Ability to function effectively within a formal business and/or social setting supported by sound knowledge of etiquette, professional personal conduct and presentation.

    Advanced application and high proficiency in MS Office: Word, Excel (Intermediate level). Experience in the use and application of business management system e.g IQ, SYSPRO, Accpac, SAP will be beneficial.
    Fully bilingual in English and Afrikaans with excellent spoken and written communication skills.
    Sound understanding of business processes, communication and collaboration with external and internal stakeholders.
    Demonstrate a high level of ownership and display positive self assertiveness and confidence.
    Sound organizing and planning skills with focus on meeting deadlines and adherence to
    schedules, timelines, standards, processes and procedures.
    An accredited and valid South African driver`s license.

    Professional, energetic, stress tolerance, sound judgment, proactive, high concern for order and accuracy, performance and outcomes orientated , be available to work extended hours and/or render branch sales assistance on Saturdays ( rotating schedule).


    Remuneration:
    Monthly Total Cost of Employment package including Retirement Annuity and
    Group Risk Scheme ( Life / Disability/Funeral cover).
