    Large Retail Company seeks an experienced Graphic Designer with a focus on the Beauty/Personal Care/Health Sector.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • To deliver world-class advertising across brands by developing creative solutions that support marketing, communication, and financial objectives.
    • To create brand-consistent designs for print materials supporting key marketing initiatives across various design platforms.
    • To conceptualize and execute high-priority projects across multiple brands.
    • To maintain brand consistency in line with marketing communications by adhering to CI guidelines.
    • To collaborate with teams, including Traffic, Client Service, and Clients, to ensure smooth workflow and timely delivery of work while meeting creative briefs.
    • To stay aligned with work progress at all times to meet deadlines and manage personal timelines.
    • To present high-quality creative artwork, ensuring excellent design standards.
    • To mentor junior designers and DTP staff to guarantee timely delivery and correct interpretation of creative briefs/projects.

    Requirements:

    • Design qualification in Art direction or Graphic Design from a recognized institution (Degree or diploma) or proven working track record in Retail design, specifically in Brand and Packaging.
    • At least 6 years of graphic design experience in Brand & Packaging design.
    • Mastery of concept development and carrying concepts through to finished art.
    • Experience designing and rolling out Packaging Design materials.
    • Solid understanding of industry print/technical standards.
    • Strong conceptual/design skills and style.
    • Able to create 3D mock-ups/renders for presentations.
    • Proficiency in Mac software, including the latest Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, InDesign, Photoshop).
    • Photo retouching and editing capabilities are advantageous.
    • Organized with excellent attention to detail and a methodical approach to assignments is essential.
    • Excellent time management, ability to multitask, and work well under pressure.
    • Good written and verbal communication skills.
    • Team player.
    • Positive can-do attitude.
    • Willingness to be a team player and put in extra effort.
