An exciting opportunity for a Key Account Manager is available at a well established vehicle tracking company.


The main purpose of this position is to manage the relationship and interactions with allocated customers in a manner that promotes an excellent customer experience, including effective administration of the customer account contributing to customer retention and growth.


Qualifications:
BCom Qualification would be an advantage

Have/ Studying towards degree/diploma-Customer Service or Fleet Management

BA/BS in Business Administration, Sales or relevant field


Experience:

Proven work experience as an Account Manager, Key Account Manager, Sales Account Manager,

Junior Account Manager or relevant role

Demonstrable ability to communicate, present and influence key stakeholders at all levels of an organization, including executive and C-level.

Experience delivering client-focused solutions to customer needs. PC/Smartphone and BI

Reporting/Analysis

Proven ability to juggle multiple account management projects at a time, while maintain sharp attention to detail.

Excellent listening, negotiation, presentation abilities, strong verbal and written communication skills.

Salary:
R20, R24,000.00 per month

  • Certificate (preferred)

Experience:
