JOHANNESBURG
12 MONTJHS FIXED TERM CONTRACT

SALARY - R TCTC gross per annum)


OVERVIEW:

A Digital Marketing Specialist will be responsible for helping maintain an online brand presence for the company.

The digital marketing specialist will explore digital opportunities and design digital assets and content to aid in enhancing brand visibility and online communication engagement.


Key Responsibilities:


Create and manage the social media coverage of the group's activities and events Present the brand and its culture in an appealing and positive light.

Work closely with internal stakeholder to upload information on the digital platforms.

Create graphic design artwork and content infographics for digital platforms.

Identify ways to maximize and leverage social content in all forms of marketing.

Good understanding of all social media platforms and requirements to build the brand on a global scale.

Identify new/emerging digital platforms that serve the goals of the group and keep management informed.

Find opportunities to promote our social media channels online and offline.

Grow the social media presence on all platforms

Develop and post YouTube content, providing quick understanding of the organisation's opportunities and to differentiate solutions and generate leads.

Fully manage the technical back-end of webinar productions

Make edits to web content as necessary via content management system and html.

Market social media to generate website traffic for campaign reviews and highlights.

Generate data analytics reports on social media activities of

Collaborate with key online stakeholder platforms to develop new marketing and brand strategies in line with KPIs.


Requirements:

5-10 years' experience in graphic design and social media management.

Demonstrated hands-on experience with SEO, SEM, Google Analytics and CRM software.

WordPress and CRM experience is PREFERRED

Proven experience implementing and managing digital advertising campaigns.

Ability to work independently, problem-solve

Ability to develop own creative digital assets and artwork

Flexible and resourceful

Highly organized and attentive to detail

Experience working within digital/related media (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter, Optimization, Google AdWords)

Experience planning/mapping websites
