- Manage leave applications and recording
- Facilitate disciplinary hearings
- Compose letters of increase
- Manage salaries and wages
- Administer staff accounts and loans
- Process supplier applications
- Check in stock and load GRV's
- Execute intercompany journals
- Invoice stock to different companies
- Reconcile supplier accounts (making and checking payments)
- Process stock take counts
- Investigate stock take variances
- Process account applications, including following up on trade references
- Reconcile debtors' accounts
- Submit statements for payment
- Follow up on overdue accounts
- Handle debtors' queries
- Arrange courier bookings
- Procure housekeeping supplies
- Order stationery
- Oversee the overall management of the office, including repairs and maintenance, telephone systems, and IT-related queries and issues
- Generate daily and monthly sales reports
- Conduct weekly debtors reports and meetings
- Produce monthly reports of turnover
- Prepare monthly income statements
- Generate monthly leave balance reports
