Job Duties/Responsibilities will include:
Administration and Office Support
Liaising with venues and various other service operators to ensure excellent service delivery
Update all transactions accurately into the database and excel schedules
Keep on top of all booking deadlines for deposits, balance payments
Ensure payments are received from clients in good time to meet deadlines
Follow up provisional bookings and enquiries
Keep accurate records and filing systems both computer and hard copy resources
Adhoc Admin Duties
Matric / Grade 12 min.
Excellent communication skills - written and oral
MS Office - proficiency in Excel / Word / Outlook
Basic bookkeeping experience will be an advantage
Tourism Certificate an advantage
Marketing Certificate an advantage
Physically fit an advantage
Enjoy hiking and advantage
