    Description

    We are seeking a results-driven Outbound Call Center Agent to join our sales team. As a key contributor, you will play a pivotal role in driving customer acquisition by proactively engaging with potential and existing customers.

    Main Responsibilities:

    • Initiate at least 100 outbound calls daily to establish relationships, promote our seminars / conferences/ services, and foster client engagement.
    • Generate and close sales by effectively communicating our offerings and identifying customer needs.
    • Deliver exceptional customer experiences that encourage loyalty and retention.

    SUCCESS IN THIS ROLE REQUIRES MEETING A MONTHLY TARGET OF SECURING 8 PAID DELEGATES. IF YOU ARE DRIVEN, PERSUASIVE, AND EAGER TO ACHIEVE SALES GOALS, WE WOULD LOVE TO HAVE YOU ON OUR TEAM.

    About the Role:
