    Branch Manager Job Description

    We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Branch Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations of our branches. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for leading, motivating, and training employees to achieve operational and sales targets.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Operational Management: Oversee all branch operations, ensuring efficient functioning, and manage time effectively to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
    • Team Leadership: Lead, train, and motivate branch employees, including hiring and performance evaluations, to ensure high standards of customer service and satisfaction.
    • Sales Support: Support sales activities by ensuring high standards of customer service and satisfaction, and resolve any issues or complaints that may arise.
    • Stock Control: Oversee stock control processes, including receiving, storing, and dispatching stock accurately.
    • Performance Monitoring: Monitor branch performance metrics, address operational issues, implement solutions, and ensure adherence to company policies and industry standards.

    Requirements:

    • A relevant qualification in business management, operations, or a related field (preferred).
    • Minimum 3 years of experience in a supervisory or managerial role, preferably in a similar industry.
    • A valid driver's license and willingness to travel if required.
    • Knowledge of stock management, sales support, and administrative processes.
    • Understand customer service principles and practices.
    • Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
